These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Selliscope platform (“Service”) operated by Selliscope LLC.

By accessing or using Selliscope, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Selliscope provides a software platform that allows real estate professionals to share listing-related information with clients through private dashboards. The Service is informational only and does not provide legal, financial, or valuation advice.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to represent a real estate business to use Selliscope.

3. Accounts & Access

• Agents and admins must create an account.

• Sellers access dashboards via private links and do not create accounts.

• You are responsible for maintaining account security.

• Team admins may invite or remove users.

4. Subscription & Billing

• Subscriptions are billed monthly unless otherwise stated.

• Payments are processed through Stripe.

• Fees are non-refundable except at Selliscope’s discretion.

• We reserve the right to change pricing with notice.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Upload false or misleading information

• Violate laws or professional regulations

• Interfere with the platform’s operation

• Misuse seller dashboards or access links

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for misuse.

6. Content Responsibility

Agents are solely responsible for the accuracy of:

• Listing data

• Feedback notes

• Comparable information

• External links

Selliscope does not verify or endorse user-provided content.

7. Intellectual Property

Selliscope and its software, branding, and content are owned by Selliscope LLC. You may not copy, resell, or reverse engineer the platform.

8. Third-Party Links

Selliscope may link to third-party websites. We are not responsible for third-party content, accuracy, or availability.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.”
We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, accuracy of data, or fitness for a particular purpose.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Selliscope LLC shall not be liable for:

• Lost profits

• Business interruption

• Data inaccuracies

• Indirect or consequential damages

Total liability shall not exceed fees paid in the preceding 12 months.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access at any time for violations of these Terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Iowa, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
